Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how Smoke, Inc. (“Smoke,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information relating to users of the Smoke mobile application and related services (the “App”).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility
The App is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to use the App.

Profile photos
Audio recordings
Video recordings
Profile prompts, preferences, responses, and other user-submitted content

You may also voluntarily provide additional information in future features, including profile biographies or other optional profile content.

B. Location Information

GPS-based device location

The precision of location information may depend on your device settings and permissions.

profile responses

Profiles and user content are not intended to be publicly searchable through internet search engines.

You understand that information shared with other users may be copied, captured, or redistributed by those users, and we cannot guarantee complete privacy of shared content.

5. Reviews, Ratings, and Safety Feedback
The App may allow users to provide ratings, safety feedback, or categorized review information regarding interactions with other users.

These reviews may:
be anonymized
use standardized categories or labels
contribute to reputation or trust indicators
be visible to other users

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, suppress, or retain reviews and feedback at our sole discretion.

Reviews are user-generated opinions. Smoke does not verify truthfulness. Users may be exposed to subjective or inaccurate assessments. Smoke may remove or modify categories.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated reviews or ratings.

6. Push Notifications and Communications
We may send:
account notifications
meetup updates
activity alerts
recommendation notifications
safety-related notifications
operational communications
promotional or marketing communications

You may be able to manage certain notification preferences through your device or App settings.

However, you may not be able to opt out of important operational, transactional, or safety-related notifications.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users may not upload, post, transmit, or share content that:
is unlawful
is fraudulent or deceptive
contains nudity or sexually explicit material
is obscene or offensive
promotes violence or illegal conduct
infringes intellectual property rights
impersonates another person
violates the rights or safety of others

Users must behave respectfully and appropriately both on and off the App.

We reserve the right to investigate, remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access, or take any other action at our sole discretion and for any reason.

8. Offline Interactions and User Safety
The App is intended to facilitate real-world social interactions between users.

We do not:
conduct criminal background checks
verify identities
guarantee user authenticity
guarantee user conduct or intentions

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other individuals.

We encourage users to:
meet in public places
exercise caution
use sound judgment during in-person interactions

Smoke, Inc. is not responsible for the conduct of users, whether online or offline.

We do not control user behavior, including interactions that occur after users connect or meet in person or exchange contact information.

Smoke is not responsible for, and does not supervise, monitor, or control any offline meetings, interactions, or conduct between users.

9. Account Deletion and Data Retention
Users may request account deletion or remove certain uploaded content through available App functionality or by contacting us.

However, we may retain certain information for a reasonable period or indefinitely where necessary for:
safety purposes
fraud prevention
abuse prevention
dispute resolution
legal compliance
enforcement of our policies
security and operational purposes

We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law, including for safety, fraud prevention, and operational integrity.

Residual copies of information may remain in backups, logs, or archived systems for a period of time.

10. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
service providers
cloud hosting providers
analytics providers
attribution providers
payment processors
customer support vendors
legal authorities
affiliated entities
business partners involved in App operations
